Sign up for Online services to make, cancel and view GP appointments online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
There are 3 steps to sign up:
- Apply for Online Services by completing our secure form or pick up a paper form and hand it in to reception.
- You will then receive an email from us with a letter. Use this to register your account online.
- Once registered you will need to activate your account via an email link.
