Repeat prescription requests take 2 working days (Monday – Friday) to process. Please order your medications in time to avoid running out. Please also be aware that the pharmacy will also need time to prepare your medications for collection once they have received your prescription.
If you have ran out of a medication as it has not been ordered in time, and if you cannot wait 2 working days for this to be processed, please contact your pharmacy who may be able to give you an emergency supply. If they are unable to please contact reception.
Repeat prescriptions can only be ordered by the following methods.
- Using our online ordering system through our website – www.prestonpanshealthcentre.scot.nhs.uk
- Using the right hand side of your repeat prescription sheet and tick off your required items which can be handed in to reception or into the pharmacy of your choice
- Speak to your preferred pharmacy and they will help order and keep your medications up to date
