Register With The Practice
To register with Prestonpans Health Centre you must live within our boundary and your post code must begin with EH32 9.
To register with our health centre please follow this link to download and print our registration documents.
Once your forms are complete, please bring these to the health centre reception. To register you must bring with you proof of address and photo ID (passport or driving licence/provisional). If you do not have photo ID, we will accept a birth certificate instead.
Please note your registration with us will take a few days to complete.
